Hi folks,

Well, where to start -- I loaded up the new windows yesterday, loaded up SI, but when I tried to get in to my account on your home page - it said I didn't exist. I tried to register, and it said I failed to enter the correct code 3 times (before (I gave up). I managed to sign up with a phoney name, but when I try to enter the details into my local client - it says "password or email is not valid".

Life is too short to muck around with bad software, so I'm off -- I'll try again later when (hopefully) your product has matured.

The problem's not with SI, it's a W7 bug.

If you are not able to use that does not mean a product is bad. Lots of people like me are using it without any problems. I Love it.

Im using SIclient with no problems at Windows 7 x86 version. Since the x64 one, can emulate x86 applications i don't see what could make SI doesn't work at your OS. Maybe your login information?

I have Windows 7 64 Bit. Software Informer does not recognize my 64 bit applications, though it does recognize the 32 bit applications. Is there a 64 bit version of Software Informer?

Uninstall display languages that you do not use

Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
Click Clock, Language, and Region.
Under Regional and Language, click Install or uninstall display languages.
In the Install or uninstall languages to display window, click Uninstall display languages.
Select the languages that are installed but do not correspond to the language that you use on your computer, and then click Next.
After you uninstall the display languages, try installing Windows 7 SP1.
Install Windows 7 SP1.

Greetings,
Peter
