PS2 boot disk

Who can help me?
I have copies of my old PS2 games and used to play them with a "BOOT DISK".
Now I lost that disc.
It's called "Sweep Magic" by the way.
What can I do to create one myself?
I don't know much about programma's and ISO's etc...so please tell it to me if I am a beginner.
