Re: How to lounch TOSHIBA Recovery Disc Creator???

When most laptops (and many desktops) are shipped from the factory, the hard drive is partitioned into two logical drives with the recovery software placed on the second partition (usually shows up a drive D:).  If this partition is no longer there, the software that creates the recovery CDs will no longer work since the files it needs to burn onto the discs is no longer there.  Your only option is to contact the manufacturer to purchase recovery discs for your system.  (They are different for each manufacturer and model.)

Click “Start,” type “Toshiba Recovery Disk Creator” in the "Search Programs and Files" box, and then click the “Toshiba Recovery Disk Creator” link under Programs to launch the utility.
