How to convert dss audio files to wav, avi or wma.

I have a Olympus Voice and Music DM-10 .
I wish to download a recording from the device to play on CD or Media player....
How do I convert the dss files to wav, avi or wma.

Would be grateful for any help.   Excuse my ignorance.
