It is said that yoga is as many species as the people in the world. Therefore, and SOLO exercise in home yoga classes, we cannot strictly insert the definitions of a particular type of yoga. Outwardly, it will look like physical exercises that positively affect the body, but at the same time learning to be "here and now", respect your body, hear and recognize emotions, relax and rest inside your own, regardless of the circumstances.
In addition to physical exercises-yoga asanas, sometimes breathing exercises are carried out (Pranayama), and at the end of the sessions, always more attention is paid to the relaxation of the body and mind.
